PS3 Randomly Set to Default Theme and Resolution?

May be...

ive had my ps3 on the same hd resolution and with the same theme and background since i got it, but the other day when i turned the system on and went on my user, the theme, background, and resolution were all reset to the defaults and i had to put them all back! has anyone had this happen to them or what

The resolution and theme reset when you hold down the power button on the PS3 system for 5 seconds, other than that I'm not sure.
