Why wont the Mic show up for Rock Band?

You have to pair it with one of your controllers. Try this if you have not already done so.

simple i had the same problem with my ps3 version. So the instruments are all usb for the ps2 just like the ps3. So just plug in your microphone and then plug in a ps2 real controller (one with joysticks and buttons) into the real controller ports. Then press the analog button it should show up
