I just got a Bluetooth headset for my ps3. It's showing that it's connected but I still can't use it on COD4?

So I went to the accesories menu and found the BT device and the PS3 shows it as connected (blue light to the left of the device in the menu). But nothing on COD4 so far...what's the deal?

when u go to accesories menu go to mange bluetooth. if that light is on. than go 2 down i forgot what it was called. u have to turn the mic on. but once u turn it on it will work
