Is it possible to mod a slim psp using a fat psp battery?

i have a slim psp and my friend has a fat one.so i thought i could take his extra psp battery from him,but is it possible to mod a slim psp using a fat psp battery?

Yes it is possible as the fat battery still fits into the slim PSP although it does stick out at the back :)
