Is it possible to play stuff off a USB drive on the PS2?

I have the silver PS2 slim and it has 2 USB ports on the front of it. but i want to know if it is possible to play a movie off of the USB port when it is hooked up to the PS2. if it is possible, please explain how to do it or tell me a place where it explains how to do it. thanks
