No It Wont Work With The New PS3's Because The First PS3's Cam Out With Backwards Compatibility Which Means That It Would Read PS2 Games But They Took Those Out Of The New PS3's Which I Would Guess Your Going To Get And Also How Would You Use The Instruments Because PS3 Uses USB Ports Instead Of The PS2 Controller Type Thingy.

Only if you have a backwards compatible ps3. You know you have one if you have a 20g, 60g, or an 80g with 4USB ports.
