Should I contact sony because my ps3 is missing alot of memory?

I Deleted demos, game data utility, videos, some music and it said i only have 19GB left help plz. thanks

Usually what sony will tell you is that the system takes up some GB for all the things it needs to run, like all the system settings and what not, but guesting that you have the 20GB or 30GB it's probably what they call system 32 or something like that, and it takes up memory like windows does on a computer. As far as getting the most of your GB than I suggest what you already did, delete everything you can, demos, crap you don't need. Think of your PS3 as a computer, and it builds up junk files just like a computer, so all you have to do is just clean it. But if this was not much help than yeah sorry you should try sony, they should help you out for free, I mean usually they should anyways. So good luck

yeah contact sony (Call them) and just talk to a person there. he'll know everything, and dont worry they are nice



ALSO you wont have to buy or send in anything so theres really nothing to lose by calling them
