can you play zombie nazi mode in the ps2 version of cod5?

No. The COD 5 PS2 version is called Final fronts. In a few words its no world at war. Ithas no online/ local multiplayer. No modes besides campaign. Graphics are very low qualitie. The real COD 5 is only on PC PS3 360 and i guess you can include Wii.
