Where do you complete 25 consecutive wins on Mid Night Club Los Angeles for PS3?

please..I am trying but were..is only 52% I need to finish n have 13 wins...don't even know how I did that...lol

I just did 25 highway races in a row against weak opponents (in green.)

I just did all highway races in easy and medium and it was a piece o cake
