I want to play this game on my PS3, but it's only for Wii. Would this idea of mine work?

May be...
  • Could I just get these things

    Slips of paper

    Crayola brand crayons

    Blank DVDs

    DVD player

Now that I have those, could I possibly do this?

Draw every possible frame of the game, record every possible sound effects and then burn them onto a dvd. Then pop the DD into my ps3 and play the game crayola style? lol I did it with Wii Fit and a scale but would this work? Btw the game is SSBB that I really wanna play but don't have a Wii. Well I did have one paper crayola style but I got it wet and Nintendo said they wouldn't draw me a new one.
  • Besides the fact I never even heard of such an idea working on any system your PlayStation 3 will not run unsigned content, hence why there is no homebrew software or games yet for the PlayStation 3. So in short your PlayStation 3 will not recognize the game or play it.
  • i am not sure if it will work i am not sure exactly how it comes when you do it like that. Go for it though burn it and get the frames and stuff but it won't play through a blank dvd, try geting a ps2 game and burn it on that because you need a blu ray or playstation 2 disc for it.

If you wanna do all of that how about you somehow mod your system
  • Ok Einstein as much as you would like this, it will never work. If it was so easy to port games, then who the hell would buy a Wii? The porting procedure requires millions of dollars.. Something which I am presuming you are lacking.

Don't even now why I bothered answering such a stupid question.. Anyway thanks for the 2 points...
  • You can't be serious.
  • All you could do is play a movie crayola SSBB on your PS3. And even that is not guaranteed to work.
  • No, idt that possible
  • lol i dont think the ps3 will recognize the unverified content...nice try though!~
  • xD!
  • You're joking right?
