I'm on level 5 in 22% I'm going to get terminator salvation in wrestlemania of legends there the easiest to get platinum on. Will that put me on level 7 a least

I think you will need more than that. My friend has rock band 2 platinum trophy and prince of persia, killzone2,gta4,and far cry all those at least on 75% done with trophies and just got to level 7 yesterday.
