Is there any way to play a Japanese game on an American PS3?

I remember in the past you could "Mod your PS2" and things like that, anything available like that for PS3? If so could you point me in the right direction...thanks.

u can play ANY/ ALL japanese PS3 game in an American PS3...

yes. if it is a PS3 game, just put it in your system.



PS3 games are NOT region locked. they are REGION FREE, meaning any PS3 game from any country will work on any PS3 from any country.
