Playstation store-taxes?

ok so i finally figured out my problem with my psp and i wanna buy two 9.99 games from the playstation store...i have a $20 PSN Card or whatever and i just found out that Texas gets taxes while purchasing the games...so i wont be able to afford both games?...if i want both i have to buy another card or what?...can somebody please help me!

yes they usually charge you taxes well over here in Chicago taxes for a 9.99 games is $0.71 so i would be paying $10.70 for a game just buy a $50 usually stores have them like Blockbuster Gamestop may not have $50 PSN cards
