I cant play any games please help I dont want to delete my save data but is this the only solution?

You could try deleting the game data in the Game Data Utility and reinstalling it all, but if this happens with all games, the hard drive is likely corrupted. Most likely have to either reformat it or buy another one.

that sounds like ur hdd could have srewed up.did it freeze when it was saving or loading ur files? sounds like u need to reformat ur hdd.if possible try to back up all ur data to an extranal hdd then reformat
