I think you may want Metal Gear Solid 4. It got a perfect 10 in some reviews and since it's a greatest hit it should be about $30 now.



You could always save your money too. I think the New call of duty comes out in November. Maybe spend some money now and keep some just in case. Start saving for the new stuff ( it takes patience though). A game you might want is M.A.G but I forgot when it comes out.



Try searching MetaCrtic, and read some reviews ,also then watch some videos on YouTube and if you like what you read and see put it on a wishlist, and then once you have a couple of games, number them from your Top Priority ( Most Wanted) to least Wanted.

Little Big Planet sounds cool too from what I've heard

Battlefield 1943 (Download the trial version, which gives 30 minutes of free play. If you like it, buy it through PSN, If not, delete)



Batman: Arkham Asylum (I've only downloaded the Demo so far, but the graphics are awesome).



Little Big Planet (for such a simple control system, It's quite a challenge. Also you can create your own levels to play yourself, or share with the community

Infamous - just finished it today and was the best game I played this month



( played MGS4 , Uncharted , killzone2, GTA IV as well but infamous kicked *** )

MGS4 is cool but the cutscenes just made it all go away ( some even go for 30 min )



Multiplayerwise I'd go for COD 4 or pre-order COD MW2
