What time of day does the Playstation Newtork usually update it's content?

May be...

I wanted to try to download something that was supposed to be released today and it is not showing up. I thought maybe they update at a certain time. Could someone tell me if this is true and if so when? If this is not the case, feel free to correct me.

Well im at GMT+1 and m american account updates at midnight on thursday night.



That means on the east cost it is about 4pm on thursday.



Its ever exactly the same time but it is roughly the same area.

it was actually yesterday...the new update?
