Can you use google on ps3?

May be...

i have just set up boyfriends wireless on his new ps3. so he can play his friends online on GTA. Can you, by any go onto google or facebook on it?? or is it just for online gaming?

when on the internet browser screen press triangle and there should be enter address from there enter google or facebook and it should work from there you can also add those sites to bookmarks for qucik access in the future or set them to your home page

yes you can and you can also listne to music while browsing plus you can play flash games as well and watch youtube :D

3) Once there, press the START button, and then type in the URL of the website.

4) Any problems? Just call Customer Service, and they will handle it from there.

When your PS3 has an active connection go to the network menu, on the right and click Internet Browser.



Then a webpage will open up (your homepage and it can be changed).



You can press triangle and find all the menu's and help.



Also you can plug in wireless and wired mouses and keyboards to make it seem like a proper net surfing thing.

When you've started the browser press 'triangle', then 'file', then 'address entry' - or just press 'start' (you need to delete the current one out first)



you can press 'select' to bring up your bookmarks (i.e. favourites) and add it to it, to save you next time.

yesh you can goto the internet browser. press START then type in the address. but i cant seem to go on hotmail for some reason. something to do with cookies

Click on the internet browser on the XMB. Press start, and then you should be able to enter the address.

ANY internet website. youtube, google. you name it and it can go into it.
