How do I play call of duty 4 online with the PS3?

I just got my PS3. I have wireless internet sorted. Do I enter call of duty 4 online grom the game menu or the PS3 network menu? Thanks

ok, put call of duty in your ps3 and start the game. on the main menu of call of duty you should see an option that says "multiplayer". click on it and wait for the next screen. now you should see more options, click on the option that says "play online". then that should take you to another screen then you will see 5 options



option 1. find game (you find a type of online game that you like and you select it, then the your automatically joined into that game with other people)



option 2. private match (this is when you set up a match with you and some friends)



option 3. create a class (this is where you create your personal set of weapons that you will use in online matches)



option 4. barracks (all this is is your rank, like how many kills you have, how many wins you have, etc.)



option 5. party invite (this is where you invite your ps3 friends into one of your matches)

You gota sign up for PlayStation Network, then get signed in...



then go to cod4 menu, go to multiplayer

go to play online



then chose find game and click team deathmatch



and wait for it to load



and then play!!!! it pwns!!1 best game eva!!!!

you have to sign up for playstation network then u click mulitplayer on the cod4 menu and DO NOT listen to llliad 360s suck they are so horrible online is better on ps3 and so are the graphics
