GTA 4 Extra content download PS3?

Also is it true only Xbox will get the single player content for download

e3 convention said nothing of downloadable content for the ps3. xbox does though

i dont think ps3 will get extra content for ps3. microsoft inked a contract with gta 4 to have exclusive downloadable content.
