about how long does it take to
1. get the box to send the ps3 to sony
2. for sony to send you a refurbished system
3. for the system to end up with you. it will take 3 weeks that was the amount of time i had to wait it goes by fast dont worry 5-7 days for the box and two to four weeks for the ps3. itl be the same one or new if it cant be fixed. It depends...usually a month or two.
