I am wondering if it is possible to have two ps3's in the same house?

May be...
  • Can they be connected to same router and could I use both at the same time without any problems? Would the controllers interfere with the other ps3? Please Help!!!
  • Sure you can. Me and my bro own 2 in our house. 1 60GB and the new 80GB. We play online using the same router with no problems at all. Also, you wont have a problem at all with the controllers as long as their not sync on 1 system.
  • Why wouldn't you be able to? There are two ps3s in my house, they both work fine. The controller has to be linked to another system to have any effect on it.
  • it will work fine! we have multiple things connected to our router.......the controllers register to a unique signal from your PS3, but why would you want 2?
  • Yes, they will work just fine with no problem.

The controllers are synced to one individual system- not two or more. :)
  • No problem why not, got plenty of consoles running and no problem there
  • I don't see why not. If you were trying to use system link idk if it would work thoh.
  • yes they will work but why would u want 2 ps3's dont u think it would be a waste of money
