I send my PS3 to sony For repair. Its been almost 3 weeks and i havent gotten an answer from them.?

My PS3 ended not turning on anymore, so i call sony and they send me a box ao i can send it to them. it was a 2 day shipping. My PS3 broke two of my tvs when i turn it on. I thought it might of been the yellow,red, and white cables because i heard weird sounds that were coming from them.I switch the cables because i had some extra I also tried it in my other tv and it ended up braking it to. Its been almost 3 weeks now. So i called them and they said that they were berly going to send to the specialist that do the research. The thing is that they told me at first that it would take about 3 weeks till i get final results.. Its been almost 3 weeks and they say it would take about two more weeks.

I feel your pain. I'm about to send mine back to them to. You think for all that money we paid for these things they'd actually work. Mine only made it 3 months.

why don't you just wait patiently and check that status online. They have to determine the exact problem and see whether you will receive a refurbished new one or if your PS3 is fixable.

id be more worried about breaking 2 tv's, i hope they werent expensive
