My PS3 is from the UK.

I have some questions about the PS3:



Will it play PS1 games from a different region?

Will it play CDs and DVDs from a different region? *Don't say Region-Free NTSC Discs*

Does it upscale DVD/CD quality?



I did try searching but I couldn't find any answers.

It will not play PSX games from another region. It can play PS3 games from another region, but most people already knew that.



It will not play DVDs from other regions. By CD, you mean music CD? Yes, it will play CD from other countries since there are no region locked CD.



It will upscale DVD if you have a HD TV and the HD cables.
