Will the price for a ps3 80gb lower at the years end of 2008?

I'm planning on getting a ps3, but i want it CHEAP! so will it lower? its 400 now.

another question. is there going to be a newer 80gb model? if so what does it do, compared.

PS.. I JUST WANNA ANSWER ABOUT THE NEW UPCOMING 80GB MODEL... THE NEW 80GB MODEL WILL BE OUT THIS MONTH AND IT WILL HAVE TWICE THE HD CAPACITY.. AKA.. THE NEW 160GB MODEL.
