PS3 or.......................

May be...

Well over the years ive built my "empire" (yes i call my room my empire) with lots of good stuff. Flat screen, Xbox 360, Wii, pretty dang good PC(im a gamer obviously). Any way i already have a lot or close to all the things i want. So i was thinking of things to get for christmas and I couldnt think of anything I wanted, plus there is nothing sweet out there anymore it seems like! So i thought well i might well get a Ps3. Of course im get get other stuff, im not really a present guy, i just ask for a big gift (such as a Ps3) and then ill get money from like my dad to buy whatever i want(since my parents are divorced). So any way should i get the Ps3? Tell your opinion on the Ps3, you Ps3 owners!!! Tell me why i should get it.

The PS3 is very good



I got one for my birthday and had to pay half seeing as it was exspensive, but o pnly have the 40 GB model which they do not make anymore.



I would say the PS3 is a brilliant console bacause once you have ought it you can do anything and i mean it



once you bought it you can play DVDs, Blu rays and PS1 games and depending on what model you get some PS2 games. You can store Videos, music, photos and alot of downloadable games from the PS Store for around half the price. You can go i=on the internet and also chat to mates that also have the PS3 or install skype which is like the not so popular equivilent to msn, but has the same features.

Also you have the games, which i can admit , PS3 doesnt have as many brilliant PS3 ONLY games as the XBOX but it still is good. You have good PS£ ONLY games like Uncharted: Drakes fortune which is brilliant and a really good heard of game called Metal Gear Solid 4.



Also, because you own an XBOX, you have to pay for oline gaming, but if you wanted to buy COD5 for online, buy it on PS3.



PS3 also has some awesome add ons, such as cameras, and also PlayTV



PlayTv is a brilliant box which allows you to watch freeview on your PS3 and also merges it with Sky Plus' Pause, rewind, record function so if you have a big hard drive you can record all your fav programs onto your PS3. And they are still developing software and hardware so everything you need to do can be done through your PS3.



Sony have also made the PS3s hard drive easily removable and changeable which means, unlike your XBOX you can buy a up to a 1000GB hard drive for under 75 quid. If you want more info on changing it just email me or add me as a friend. Atm i have a 180Gb in my PS3 so i can store loadz of Play TV stuff.
