My PS3 is broken and I will do anything to get it fixed. Please help me?

May be...
  • How would I send it back to sony if the warranty is over?

Can I just pay for it after they fixed it?

    PLEASE HELP ME!!

    Any suggestions?
  • Sony's authorized PS3 service center is in Whitby, Ontaro (MTC Service) . That is where all returned PS3s for warranty repair or replacement goes even if you bought your PS3 from US. And they have fast service. They also accept out of warranty services.

Check this website for more details:

  • yeah, you still have to call Sony but it will still go to Whitby. They will not send it to US. Report Abuse
  • Here is the contact information for the technical support corresponding to the technicians in charge of the PS3: 1-800-345-7669

You can also email them by clicking on the email link for the playstaion here:http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/support...
  • Call Sony. They will give you options. You will probably have to ship it to them, they will fix it, then charge you for it.

btw, how is it broken? Maybe someone more familiar with the PS3 can figure out a fix you could do.
  • You might have to send it to Sony and they should be able to fix it. If not u may have to buy a new one, but ask them about the warranty first before deciding to get it fixed.
  • I don't know if this will help you, but when my x box got the ring of death or whatever they call it I found somebody on craigslist.com who fixed it for $30 so maybe you should look there.
  • Yes!
