well i got a new ps3 and i have downloaded games on my old one (which the disk drive is broken and will sell or trade soon) i was wondering could i get those games on my new one if yes how?

use your psn id you can download all the games that you already downloaded and payed for or else you could take out the hard drive of your old one and put in in your new one it would contain everything you put into you ps3
