Are there spare guitar hero world tour guitar parts?

The neck of my guitar has snapped for the PS3 and i cant find any spare parts, please help.

I checked the redoctane.com website (makers of guitar hero) and there's none. they only have replacement receivers and faceplates. I think that's the point where you get a new one or try calling redoctane.
