HDCP strippers exist (I'm not sure of the legality of them, though), and they would work great, but have you seen the price of them? Around 500 US dollars! Unless you have an expensive monitor, it may be cheaper just to replace your monitor with a HDCP compliant one.

Best Solution for playing your PS3 on a non HDCP monitor?

such as HDCP strippers, Component to VGA, anything? Component to VGA, maybe (with a converter). It won't look as good as HDMI, though.

Unless you have an expensive monitor, it may be cheaper just to replace your monitor with a HDCP compliant one. Sorry, but blu-ray technology requires only HDCP compliant monitors. This is a security feature to prevent copyright infringment. There is really no other way unless you have a TV tuner on your PC. TV tUners have the yellow video input where you can connect your SCART cable.
