it comes out friday the 13th and i have pre ordered it form play.com will i get it the first day it comes out or after also has f.e.a.r 2 got trophys? in the UK?

You should receive it on release day, only from experience when I got MSG4.

it really depends on what online shop you order from. i ordered from shopto and gotten gears of war 2 the day before.

no online store gets the game before the release date. they will get it on the released date but it may not get shipped out the same day.. count at least 4 days after release date.
