Can u make a PS2 cam like a webcam can do to a CPU?

May be...

You know how a web cams records strait of the moniter? I was wondering if theres a system like that for ps2 that can record strait of the the tv while using the PS2.(plus audio)

yeah you can get the eye toy camera from somwhere that sells ps2 like best buy
