My ps3 is set for HDMI how do i make it av1?

my ps3 is set for HDMI and my tv broke my other tv is only AV1 how do i set the play station to av1 can someone send me instruction like how many clicks up and down and when i press x.

Plug your ps3 into your other TV, leave it on standby (so pressing PS on a controller will turn it on), then hold the on button on the console for about 30 seconds until it beeps three times. It will then appear in default video settings so it will work with your other TV, and you can configure it as you like.

just go to settings and then go to video and look for tv settings or something i forgot but ive been playing xbox more
