Playstation 3 stuff, is $150.00 a fair price for?

May be...

a rockband CD, 2 rockband guitars, the drumset, a guitar hero guitar and grand theft auto IV CD. I posted these on craigslist and am curious if that is a fair price, All items are a year old, thanks for the help
