How do you fix a playstation 2?

Ok so the dumb dog ran into the cord connecting the Paddle to the PlayStation and now everything you put in says disk load error what happened and how do I fix it?

Your laser may be off balance and if that's the case you may need to send it to Sony for repairs ! If you call Sony, do not tell them your dog caused the issue. Just say you tried to load a game and got the error message !
