M.A.G for playstation 3?

ok i know mag will be good with 256 players but i know theres know lag, but it cant be that good becuz it runs 30 frames per second the normal is 60 frames... and the graphics are a little choppy are they ever going to inhance the graphics or what.

Well, killzone 2, the best looking game till date also runs at 30FPS-Fact and still is great. The problem with MAG is that they cannot have great graphics and more polygons cause they have to accommodate 256 players on screen and it's impossible for the current tech to push so many polygons on screen without dropping frames.



The game runs at 720P 30FPS and it looks good... Comparable to games like Halo 3 (which runs at 640P).



In the end, it's the gameplay that matters. I was at E3 and experienced MAG hands on (although with less players) and was fascinated with it. The way it's designed is awesome and each of the 3 camps have their advantages and disadvantages. The concept of the 8 men squad and completing individual tasks is brilliant. I must tell you one thing... Although COD:MW2 is the most anticipated FPS late this year, MAG will have a better online... There I said it. I was 10 times more impressed with MAG than I was with COD:MW2.COD:MW2 just felt like COD:MW1 with slightly better graphics.



MAG on the other hand has an epic scale. Just playing it felt you are put into a war. I thought it would be really chaotic and will be a kill fest, but it wasn't and felt right.... This is going to be a great game mark my words.

I've seen the graphics and they look decent, a steady 30 frames for such a huge games is very impressive, many games drop bellow that at certain scenes because of things like explosions. Besides Killzone 2 level graphics would only make in laggier. Besides they don't look that bad, i'll reserve my judgement for when i've got it running at it's highest res on my own TV.

i honestly think MAG is going to be a fail

with Resistance and Killzone 2 already out and then with Modern Warfare 2 coming out later on the year i don't really think many people will have the time to play MAG and i think the game is just decent no better then the next Bad company and only because of the 256 players is even making any hype

but who knows i might be wrong but that's what i think it would happen

Yes...I believe so. Sony hosted the E3 trailer for it. The multiplayer mode requires a very strong connection and the graphics are the same I believe. It sounds a little unreal, but when and if you get the game you have to download a large system update. Both for the game and the system itself if it comes for PS3. I'm strongly guessing it will, because it was hosted by Sony.

Yes, the 256 players could be its biggest downfall. I'm not much interested in MAG anyway. Resistance 2 had 60 players online but that didn't make it better than Call of Duty, this is the same, I'm interested in gameplay not the amount of players I'm playing with. MAG doesn't look much interesting, and why the heck would I get that when I can get MW2?

well i think they need 30 frames or it will be laggy so that is why i think it will be LAG free after maybe 3 updates or so and if they make the graphics look like COD 4 or soemthing it will be LAGGY so no to enhances but you never know
